I was really looking forward to see this series. However, the cinematography is absolutely awful. It is so dark that it is literally unwatchable. At times it is impossible to see what is happening — might as well be listening to the radio. This is happening more and more often on television and the movies. Cinematographers must think they are doing something creative. They have forgotten that viewers actually want to see the show. And then those in charge of sound make it impossible to hear nuances in sound. A recipe for disaster. The first show in this series is causing me to question whether I even want to see another episode. Such a shame.
