The fact that you dont realize until half way through the movie that he is an American psycho type with no remorse for his actions is brilliant. You cant compare this to the 89 version. This is in your face action with a great twist and who else is better than Donnie Darko to portray such a violent beast. It's a sign of the times. Connor McGregor gives a good effort. The ending a bit far fetched with physical survival overall. Thumbs up.
