Do not waste your time or money on this company! Drew Barrymore should be ashamed for being associated with them. The reviews about shipping if and when they get around to it are absolutely true. Sign up for a subscription expecting to try it for a month and decide if yoy want to continue, but expect them to send the second shipment BEFORE they send the first. Trying to get status updates is like pulling teeth
there is no easy way to do so. You have to email them and what you get is "we are sooo popular, we're behind and will ship as soon as we can." That swems to have been an ongoing problem if you read historical reviews. They gladly charge you for both up front, demand that return both products, and then refuse to issue the refunds that they promised. And let's not forget the threats from their customer service department - as you have disputed the charges to your credit card company, you will not be able tonpurchase from us in the future. As if that is going to be a problem? Run, don't walk away from their site.
