On a question on the 31 May 2023 episode Ben said that Elton John's Bennie and the Jets was a hit in 1976. It was in fact a hit in 1974. This isn't the first time this programme has given incorrect information. Very poor

Why were so many people making such a fuss over Frankie when everyone knows the trials are part of the show. If she wants the obscene amount of money, when so many people are finding it hard to make ends meet, or to raise her profile, then she has to play the game. Her spoilt-person tears will, I am sure, get her off being voted for any more trials

I was so appalled to see veal being showcased on this evening's episode. Surely such a huge organisation as the BBC should not be condoning the very cruel practice of the production of this meat. I previously wrote to the BBC when similarly wagyu beef was highlighted and received a 'mea non culpa' response ans said that contestants were not for ed to cook with any ingredient they felt uncomfortable with. Totally missing the point. Typical arrogant BBC

This has got to be the most shameful programme on TV. The sellers blatantly lie on national TV when they have been offered over - and sometimes well over - what they wanted and say they wanted more.. This has been the theme for some years now but still the dealers fall for it

What happens if someone at the banquet doesn't like mushrooms? A mushroom dish has been the winning starter dish the two times I've watched the finals of this programme. I know it's only my personal taste but I dislike them intensely despite the chefs and judges obviously believing everyone does love them
