This crew walked off our flooring install job twice, claiming the floor wasn't flat enough for them to complete the install. Another highly-rated flooring company resolved the subfloor issue after the first walk-off, but Crew2 still refused to do the install. We lost 2 weeks on the real estate market due to their refusal to do the work and they're not responding to our request for a refund for work they didn't complete.
