Wanted so bad for this to be good- exceeded my expectations. So far, totally separate from Yellowstone- stand alone awesome right now. Here’s how I see it- a mix of Westworld with the narration, lonesome dove-ish with the cattle drive, some tombstone, dances with wolves, Gettysburg and Hell on wheels. Can’t wait to see more. Elliot is great, and I’m sold on Tim McGraw. Billy Bob Thornton was great as well, hope we haven’t seen the last of him.
