Worst website and worst customer service. Bought a ticket for somebody else because they said they pay me back only after confirming how much the ticket was. I paid and realize there was a huge difference. Went back to the website and realize nothing indicated what currency it was in. I realize they didn’t charge Canadian dollars, but American dollars and went back to see, the only indication that it was an American was a tiny flag at the top of the page which you wouldn’t look for until after you realize you paid. Forget a refund they don’t give you your money back only a voucher so they keep your money, and then some because they don’t even refund you the whole amount on the voucher they keep some. So if you want to rebook another ticket, you have to pay more money. Nothing is indicated until after you’re completely screwed. So now I’m out $150 paying for what should’ve been a $300 ticket no help other than a condescending customer service worker. What they are doing is not illegal but on ethical, they know very well that they are going to be people not knowing what currency it’s in until after they pay so they don’t give refunds. they cover their bases by saying there’s a flag in the corner and then when you want your money back, they don’t make it clear you’re not gonna get the full amount and it’s not gonna be in the form that you paid. Never again
