Great modern sci fi… but not a good alien film. Didn’t need new species at the end to shock us all… didn’t need quotes from previous films… (Cringe) and the CGI could have frankly been avoided. The first 30mins of the film was the strongest part… anything after that was rushed and desperate. Could have spent less time with shoddy CGI and more time packing out the movie with good content.
