Amazed at how many people (including Dr. Now and a lot of reviewers here) are uneducated on what really works. Eating carbs raises insulin, eating too often raises insulin. Insulin is your fat storing hormone. This is nutrition 101. Hormonal imbalance is what you get from eating very small meals frequently with a lot of fruits and veggies.
The takeaway message is simple and factual, so don't shoot the messenger - Eat less often but until comfortably full, eat less carbs, more fat (which produces satiety and suppresses Ghrelin which is your hunger hormone). Do this and balance naturally comes back in the body. When this happens, the simple desire to overeat on the wrong types of foods goes away. This is not my opinion, these are facts. These people need to go on a Keto and or Carnivore type diet eating two or three times daily until comfortably full with no snacks in between, limiting any rise in insulin. THIS is the key, the magic pill that naturally restores hormesis in the body.
