Superman is finally acting like Superman. Seeing how much he cares for the people and his robots, saving dogs and squirrels, and trying to not harm the giant monster just screams Superman. The Daily Planet team is pretty good and Clark & Lois is great. Seeing Mr. Terrific in action was amazing, I love him and it really shows how badass he is, Guy is so punchable and I love it. And Nicholas Hoult was amazing, I absolutely love his performance. Some might not like that there were too many characters, but I really like it. DC is in good hands

I quite enjoyed it, Orm's redemption and Blank Manta being an actual threat is what I wanted. I do think there was a lot of filler and imo atleast 10 mins of it could've been cut out or shortened. Blank Manta kidnapping Arthur's son and a final battle with Kordax should've been a bit longer, it felt rushed. And of course Amber Heard, the real life drama doesn't really ruined the movie itself for me but it's hard to ignore, those were my reasons for not giving it a 5 star
