It’s amazing, it’s the better 50 shades I wish it was a series and more drawn out so we can connect with the story line more. It made me very nostalgic because of books I use to read. The suspense/intensity of the actors are very well portrayed and if it kept that intensity all the way til the end without sex it would’ve still flourished. I know a lot of people will dislike it for fetishizing kidnapping but it’s a story based on fantasy. And we can as adults understand what no means verses what the movie is trying to convey. I personally loved it and loved the passion that’s so well placed, as someone who wanted 50 shades I can say the tension was better portrayed in this movie than 50 shades. I think this genre of movies should be more normalized and accepted because of the feelings it evokes and entertainment it brings.
