Only leaving a review after seeing all the Ai bots in the reviews calling this 5 stars. This is in fact anything but. First episodes had me intrigued but now it just pointless drama that barely relates to godzilla. The only times I find myself enjoying the show is the flash backs of the past BECAUSE their actually focused on Godzilla. It might be for people looking for a drama mixed a few minutes of random monster encounters but it's not what I came here for.

As someone who wasn't a big fan of the series ( I read them all) I like the path this series is taking. Adding new bits that kind of spice up the story as we know it is a great pro but my biggest con would come down to how much they missed out on the book just to squeeze the first book into a season. I get that there's a lot of material to get through and at this rate of a book a season that already puts us 13 or so seasons in but just felt sad how fast everything felt. If they woulda made this a 10-12 episode season I would loved it but you know Holly wood jipping us every chance they can.

Definitely a lot of great additions from the base game but this new trend of super easy Pokémon is getting old and feels like I'm getting ripped off. I'm not here for just nostalgia I want to enjoy and complete the game but being 10 levels above the gym leaders without even grinding is just boring and honestly been hard to even want to play cause of it. Until they throw a difficulty level into these games this will probably be my last Pokémon game, hopefully with the launch of the SteamDeck Nintendo will step up their game and stop ripping us off for GameCube games meant for toddlers.
