This, along with "The Company men" are good movies to watch for anyone who is laid-off, let-go, or fired.

If your smart, you will laugh. If not, well I guess smart people are just really dumb sometimes.

This movie along with "Fun with Dick and Jane" are great movies about downsizing and a rough economy that I am sure most everyone has felt during the recession caused by the housing crisis.

Surreal. A film of a play. Dustin Hoffman was built for this movie. I really liked the scene changes. Story of a man who had it all, then lost it and severely regretted it. And then by golly I was rich. I tell you. Rich!

Superb dialogue. It's a movie play. The story is weird, but it's a play. I love black and white films with dialogue rather than flashy movies filled with music and effects. The weird middle stories added to the overall story, I like Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor's chemistry and their funny pot shots at each other all in good fun. I think the ending could have been more dramatic as I wasn't moved by the finale. Bergin.

I really don't know why I like the movie so much. I think it must be because of Paul Giamatti. I think he fit the role. How he screwed up so much and lost it.

When you see such a good movie, you wished you had the chance to read the book. I loved the narration. The story is depressing, but the antagonist told a story of how it was.

Brought me to tears. Not many movies can do that. Well acted. The wrestling scenes were amazing. Lots of awesome dialogue. "Cleanliness is next to nothing", "We played with rats". "Your wrong father". The fathers drama was a bit much, but I'm not sure how much of the story is true, but it's a great movie nonetheless.
