I purchased this game several months ago but have not used it very much. I tried to use it today and it will not allow me to launch until I perform a "mandatory update" through the Microsoft Store. When I click OK it sends me to the store main menu but provides no further instructions on how to update. I have spent an hour updating everything I can find under downloads and updates, but the game will still not launch. I have now paid $95 for a game that Microsoft will not allow me to play. The Support options are worthless. I don't see a way to contact a live person for help. Microsoft needs to offer proper support for their products. If they want you to perform a mandatory update they should give step by step instructions. Not everyone is an IT professional. Guess I'm out the $95.
