If you liked Avatar (2009) or The Last Wave (1977) you may really enjoy Green Frontier on Netflix. It is a Colombian miniseries with English subtitles but you soon get over that as you enter land of an amazonian frontier town and the villages in the rain forest where a young woman detective is sent from Bogota to investigate murders of four native american women. It soon becomes dangerous and eerie. Filmed in the rain forest you can sweat just watching it.
