If you're a fan of the Aliens films you'll like this. True to the originals whilst feeling fresh at the same time. Good cast, good thematic feel with some nice cinematography to boot. I loved it.

Shocked how bad this film is given the director, cast and budget. I'm writing this review as the film is still on as I've become that bored. Constant guns shooting from start to... 22 minutes left and counting. It's been on for over 2 hours already... I literally don't have the words to express how dull, unoriginal, cheesy and boring this film. Ok, maybe I do then but I still dont feel it does it justice. I love horror, action and sci fi and particularly end of world/zombie apocalypse and am therefore no stranger to a bit of gore but this film is overly and unnecessarily gory with blood, brain and guts everywhere without adding anything at all to the viewing experience. I'm not sure if it's meant to be funny but it isn't. I would give this zero stars if it were an option and obviously don't recommend. Not a patch on World War Z, I am Legend or even something like the Maze Runner series. Also, not different to any of those either so a comparison is fair. Summary = Cheesy, overly gory, boring and unoriginal.
