Antman series is never meant to be 'of the greatest' in the MCU...They're just meant to play a role in setting up the really great movies to come. But this Antman did just that and managed to be (imho) better than the other 2. It showed us the quantum realm (which I believe will have some bearing on the final phases), it gave great character development (for both Janet and for Cassey) all while setting the tone for the serious nature of this villain in the final phases. Overall I think JM not only ate but the movie was solid.
