It’s not good ..they just cut out everything about Paul Sheffield .. and Julian as well .. which in the book they were both her husbands before she was with Bart .. why did they not put efforts .. they rushed this movie .. books was 100 percent better .. only actress worth watching is Ellen Burstyn .. Heather Graham did ok ..

The movie was not good the first movie in the 80s was a little because of the acting ..the book is so much better .. it’s like there was no effort put into making a great adaptation .. shipka did a poor job playing Cathy her acting was horrible .,, the only actress who played their part well was of course Ellen Burstyn ..Heather Graham was ok but not convincing enough for Corrine .. the rest couldn’t convince me of their part.. cues were off facial expressions .acting was so off . it wasnt deep or anything ..V.C Andrews would’ve been so disappointed if she watched this movie ..
