Low-key one of the better movies I've ever seen. NOTHING can top the original trilogy but this movie really did meet and exceed my expectations. It's such a soft but strong start to another set of movies/leaves it open to more and ha so much potential. I love it. The broader picture/story to it is great and even though it didn't focus to heavily on characters it focused on the bigger picture in the best way possible. It also shows how, in any civilization, there will be tyranny, the corruption and twisting of words, and legends (like Caesar.) How some made a religion and anothwr twisted his words was so interesting to see. And Raka! (SEMI-SPOILERS) Gosh Raka... how he described Caesar was beautiful. As for Mae.... eff her for real. Lol, she really pissed me off, like she I totally understand where she's coming from but how she handled it and how she lacked compassion for Noa WHO HELPED HER DESPITE EVERYTHING made me so furious. It was good for the story, but she really is 'human'. AND THE SCENERY? LORD IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. WATCH IT ON THE BIGGEST SCREEN POSSIBLE!!! Anyway, 5/5, 10/10 whatever I loved it. Must watch. Getting the physical copy.
