This game gave me a one hour ban because i could not load into a pre -match and could not select agents. This made me so that i could not play the game with my friends as they had to go soon after that match and it made me even more sad is that it was on my birthday day and i could not enjoy playing with my friends. Adding on, the ranking system in this game makes it so that anyone with 3 levels or high unable to play the game with us, and my other friends could not play with me because of that
