I am a theatre nut and I really disliked this show. I did not know much about it when I came to see the show, except for the general premise. It was more of a girl band concert. Very poppy, and not much content which actually surprised me due to its historical premise. There is so much cool history there that they could’ve tapped into but instead brushed over it or skipped it entirely. The same basic jokes repeated and got old quick. Flashy costumes but no costume changes as the six of them just stayed on stage pretty much the entire time. I just got tired of the overall “I had it the worst!” “No,I had it the worst!”. The show was only 1 hour 20 minutes with no intermission which by the end I was glad for. Overall, I felt like the performance was lacking in creativity and honestly just became gratingly mundane. Such a waste of money!
