Dumbing down even reaches the great land of Australia judging by this travesty. Even the presence of the former, gritty, Water Rat Catherine McClements couldn't raise this pathetic show to 1.1 stars. Please don't waste precious license money on getting the 2nd series - 15 minutes of programme 1 of the 1st series (& the last 10 minutes of that was in the vain hope that it would improve) was more than enough.

I have given the revamp of the set & the new procedures time to get used to, but my irritation & dissatisfaction is just increasing. The irritating, constantly moving blue circle is by far the worst aspect of the changes as it distracts from the presenters & guests in what has now become a magazine programme for celebrities to plug their latest whatever. What difference does a presenter standing up make to the news being broadcast? The presenters may welcome the chance to stretch their legs, but it adds nothing to repetion of the same stories heard half an hour before. If nothing else, stop the blue circle moving. Too similar to Microsoft's spinning blue circle of infinite frustration as one waits and waits and waits...
