Love the original, not sure yet about this version. Observations....Max and Liz were married at end of original series, why not build from that? Politics need to go. Michael was not gay in original, should keep his character straight. I know this is their own version but still love the original better so far. Also would have liked original theme song as part of it somehow. UPDATE: I just watched the season finale and thought it was awesome! Brilliant move by writers to include the original Roswell song at the end of the show also to allow Michael to have something with Maria again. Also loved that during the season that Shiri Applby (original Liz) directed one of the episodes. I really feel like they are trying to make those connections to the original series. Hopefully Max is not dead, but somehow I am sure they will be able to bring him back. Well done!
