I placed an order with the additional charged selection of next day delivery. Not only was no delivery made the next day, but no further reply was made to my 3 emails and the order is still not delivered 3 days later. Atrocious customer service, atrocious delivery system and so far, an apparent scam as money has been taken yet product remains undelivered with zero communication from the merchant.
