Really bad, not worth watching at all. I get the idea of the traumatizing terror for gay/trans/asexual people,who struggle with daily identity crisis, but this movie is the worst portrayal of it I've seen so far! Yes, it's art, and everyone expresses themselves differently, but there is no plot here, no substance, no nothing. Of course, the main actors gave really good performances, atmosphere was good, but that's about it. Really tired of the woke propaganda, wrapped in "artsy" movies. It just didn't do it for me.

Really nice medley of all other Alien(s) which came before, without coming across as cheap or nostalgia bait. I appreciate the respect towards the Alien legacy, the creativity and the simplicity of the plot. The characters are few and believable,with main two (and especially Andy the android), are played masterfully. The movie starts slow to build up the atmosphere and characters,but once it gets goings,the tension is on and does not dissipate until the credits start rolling. Fun fact - once they say they have 40 minutes to complete the objective they have,indeed 40 minutes in real time pass by! Such a cool detail! On the negative side,no new concept was introduced here. A particular facehugger which somehow got overlooked post-production took me out of the immersion,but this is a small thing to complain about. Maybe this is what this franchise needed, exactly a solid, respectful entry,to revive the Alien(s) universe. I hope that the direction Fede Alvares gets to direct the next one as well,l can't wait to see more of his Aliens.
