Intriguing first act, but it veers off in a different direction, then it shoehorns in a sci-fi element as it meanders to the end. Someone had a great idea about the start of a movie, couldn't figure out where to go beyond the premise, and made the movie anyway. Even for free, this movie was not worth watching.

The writers substituted even the most basic character development for a head-scratchingly complicated plot, and putting recognizable actors on screen made the unknown actors and low budget cinematography stand out badly. The only redeeming quality was the relationship between Ron Perlman's character and the little girl, but they quickly squandered it.
