It seems like the first episode was written by Top Dollar writers. I was hooked immediately. Episode two was very different right away. It felt a little more cheesy and not as serious. I ignored this and by episode 3 the show was absolute garbage, feeling like a CSI Miami detective or Monk. I love the new take on a "detective that is not a cop" but the show started to feel very cheap like the previously mentioned shows. Then they added some political fragrance to the mix. As a person who is tired of political messages from both sides, this was a deal breaker. Do not be fooled by the quality of the first episode. It loses speed quite fast. And if you are like me, tired of feeling preached on by politics, this is not the show to watch. PS great potential lost
