Absolutely appalled! I have been trying to contact EA for months on end now regarding my packs. I completed numerous icon picks and some I didn’t receive. They keep emailing ‘we hope we have solved your query’. It’s like talking to a brick wall. They take your money and won’t even help out with any bugs in the game. Will not be purchasing this sh’t again! staff aren’t helpful at all and I’m still waiting on my missing content. All they do is tell you the same thing and aren’t even wanting to help resolve your problem! WOULD, NOT, RECOMMEND
