I read the back cover and knew they were three different stories, so that wasn’t an issue.
What I liked best about this book is that in each story I questioned my ideas of right and wrong. Why am I hoping for an outcome for a character when my values totally don’t correspond with what this character has done.
It was good John Grisham writing, captivating and easy to read. I didn’t want to put it down.
He tried something new. I liked it. Just know that they are three different stories. The stories don’t intertwine but if you think about it, they have themes in common that are worth thinking about or discussing with other readers
