Great exposure, accurate data, Thanks A Lot!

This is a great book and I have a copy of it, but I think that the book written earlier by Prof. Larry Poston titled Islamic Da`wah in the West is much, much more detailed. Prof. Haddad mentions my name in it, being a pioneer in the dissemination of Islam in the West in general and in the U.S. in particular since the year 1972 when I started my graduate studies in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is one of the best books about Iraq's early modern history and I am privileged to have translated it from Arabic to English. It details the establishment of the first Iraqi monarchist government by the British. Iraq was then under the British mandate.
