Game is a bunch of dog water. Full of glitches and bugs, its not even funny anymore. You cant even enjoy the game since they throw transactions at you everytime. During my career, you cannot play as a half decent player unless you buy vc. Even trying to become a 85 overall, you'll have to pay 50 dollars which is absolutely insane if you're paying the game full price. Probably another 60 dollars to get him to 99 overall. I've been trying to max out the same build for 3 years now. I've just called it quits at this point. To make matters worse, when you're not spending your money on vc and avatar clothes, you're left with nothing else to do. 2K provides nothing else when you're playing offline. It's the same 3 game modes. They all expect us to play MyCareer so they can scam us off. By the time you've already maxed out your MyPlayer, you wont even be having him anymore. 2K has announced the servers for this game will be inactive by the end of 2025 which is bogus since you've already payed them enough for the online modes and now you wont be playing them anymore. What makes it worse is that the 2K sports proclaims that they have "the conceptual right to discontinue the servers anytime they wish". That is so bad. The most annoying part though Is that it isn't even different from NBA2K23. It is a literal copy and paste! Same features, same game engine, same graphics. They DID not change a THING! They put the same game, added Mamba Moments, changed the presentation, and NOTHING CHANGED!!! Not gonna lie, 2k is one step closer to becoming the next EA Sports. If they keep doing things like this, the franchise of NBA2k as we know it could be coming to a downfall
