Emily might as well be Supergirl. As the series developed, she had the power to do things that seasoned veterans in her field were unable to do, or even conceptualize. It goes beyond laughably absurd in the later episodes. Emily is cute, and an obvious successor to Audrey Hepburn. The series needed to end. Now, the actress can go on to more challenging roles, and greater fame. Good luck to her.

This show calls for a heavy suspension of disbelief. It is absurd that a guy in a small town can rob a bank, with many witnesses at the scene, ride out of town for a night, and then ride back in and not be recognized, mask or no mask. Crazy! It is also goofy that a woman who saw her husband killed, and then was shot, herself, by the same guy, can see the guy in town, but he doesn't recognize her, right off the bat! Also, the lead actress is an apparent graduate of the Marilyn Monroe school of sexy, breathy talking. A few lines are OK, but after that, with 95% of her lines delivered that way, I wanted to see someone stuff a sock in her mouth. Very annoying! I made it through the first, two episodes. That's it, for me.

This series calls for a good amount of the suspension of disbelief. I was very into it, at first, but it just didn't let up with the ultra-violence, cruelty, and ridiculous, non-stop sex between couples that have been together for a decade, or more. Also, the plot arc involving Jamie is absurd. He's a Harvard Law grad who's a worm, beyond belief. I dropped out at 4:6, and I doubt I'll be going back.
