The story was decent, but the gameplay is beyond garbage. All people do is spam the same mix ups every time you get knocked down. And you’re probably thinking why not just hold L2 and you can stay down and wait for an opening, but it’s only less than a second so there’s no point . And good luck doing amplified specials because they DONT WORK. So really there’s nothing you can do. At least In mk11 they had actual get up attacks and rolls and stuff. If they added that stuff back then it’ll at least be playable. My main point is that they need to bring back get ups /rolls, extend the recovery time when you get knocked down, and make it easier to amplify your specials. Everything else is fine tbh. Until then I’m on mk11 (the better game)
