There are not a lot of Gruesome killing like Hostel and Saw series but the Killers are a bunch of psychopaths which might give nightmares to some

The main Reason to watch this is Because of the PLOT and it is AMAZING you can watch it once and there are only some Gruesome.

If you want to see next level Gruesome and Killing and Cannibal stuff this might be a Good one for you...But Rest assured you don't have any insect scene as in Hostel III but worth giving it a try
