I was shocked when the afterword didn’t mention anyone being arrested. I had to research it a bit to find that of course, the worst things Nellie experienced in the movie were the most fictionalized parts. Still a good watch, with good acting and dramatic if out of place dialog carrying the story.

Intense! Better than I’d hoped and expected. High quality cheap scares and just enough of a story plot to make you follow along on the edge of your seat, wondering how it will end. It could have gone a couple different ways, and you get to experience both! (Trying hard here to entice you without spoilers)

Brilliant classic that the remakes will never match!
