This is the worst textbook I have ever had the privilege of encountering.
- There are numerous typos throughout every chapter (It's MIPAA, not MIPPA; identification "card", not identification "care", etc).
- The overall organization is convoluted, inconsistent, and hard to navigate (Ex: The workbook has sections titled Ch#.1, Ch#.2, etc, but the book is not organized the same way; chapter objectives do not flow well with chapter headings and subheadings; questions in the workbook do not correspond with information in the chapter).
- The the glossaries and index are incomplete (examples: meaningful use and external audit are not even listed in the index).
- Some of their descriptions are completely off base (they refer to permanent residents as illegal immigrants, for instance).
Short of memorizing the book and page numbers, there's no real way to effectively navigate with reliable results.
