Animated is 5 stars… Netflix adaptation action is a 3 star… OG fan here so I was disgusted but disappointed, to many story lines cut or blended together in an awkward way, the characters never have enough time on screen together to feel any kind of friendship, katara just becoming a bender when convenient was annoying (Ang not learning water bending) !!! The decisions made here are subpar and I honestly took this as a personal slight..The story is rich,light hearted and humorous yet they found a way to deprive us of most of it! However I will say Zuko at the funeral with his uncle was Incredible

some fantastic camera angles but that’s all the movie offers, waste of your time

A 3 min lord of the rings explanation at the beginning would of went a long way, definitely a 5/10

Absolutely gripping origin story, don’t bring the kids lol but must see for adults
