Game is unplayable and by unplayable you cant win a match with the brain dead teammates. The ranking system is trashed, plenty of people who deserve platinum/diamond but stuck in gold/silver. Game needs to implement skill based matchmaking. The game is not a game you play any character, your character must counter the other team, the tank always doesn't want to switch characters to counter. Always a healer that cant keep up.
