Everything about this game is tedious and derivative. Story is more or less Game of Thrones lifted wholesale; combat is ersatz Devil May Cry interspersed with on-rails shooter segments, which is absolutely as mind-numbing and monotonous as it sounds. There's also no reward for being good at the combat, because there is no penalty for being terrible at it. If you game over in the middle of a boss fight... you respawn with full health and full potions. That's it. There's literally no reason to want to get good at this game. Also, there are quicktime events. In 2023. Quicktime events. And they're a significant part of a number of battles!
