The visual aspect as far as decor, staging, and makeup were superb, but acting was acting to me. I had a hard time believing they were real ( main characters). Focus on homosexuality, smoking, smiley unintelligible conversations, and scenes that sometime didn’t have good flow and seemed to try too hard which means bad acting….Not to mention Berstein’s work, genius in that sense wasn’t focused on really. I had a hard time watching it. Why would a woman marry a man that has sex with men? It almost felt like the movie celebrated her putting up with it, but he was selfish and she was codependent. Typical
