Never posted a review in my life but had to because this movie series gets a lot of senseless hate just for being too obviously epic, they clearly tailor-make resident evil for a specific type of fan & I guarantee you, unless you're talking world war z, no zombie apocalypse movie even gets close to this series, it's like watching jeepers creepers, not everyone likes it, it gets dirt for reviews but for those that like it well. . . if you know, you know. Except that Resident Evil is actually far superior and far less niche, this is a dark hero movie with likely one of the handful of elite female leads there has ever been in Milla Jovovich (seriously think of a more solid fictional heroine, she's basically batman) I could really go on and on but don't you dare let the same masses that thought batman v superman sucked because it was 'too dark' (albeit it was hardly perfect) tell you not to watch this movie, these heathens probably trashed the matrix too. I mean, RE has survived beyond a trilogy and not without good reason, I for one hope they make five more. Cheers!
