I grew up watching the old Scooby Doo cartoons. They were funny and captivating. A bit corny but ultimately very endearing and emotionally impactful. The newer animations and movies while good in their own rights never really captured the mysterious and endearing feel of the classics. How they took only 2 characters and captured everything the original had including being emotionally impactful I don’t know but you won’t find better modern day Scooby Doo content than this film right here Daphne and Velma. Kudos to everyone who worked on the film. I expected a bad movie and found a diamond. 5 out of 5 stars all day. It deserves higher praise but this is the purest admiration I am able to articulate.
