Reviews can't be taken seriously these days. All the positive reviews for this movie are either fake, or people have been psychologically influenced to like this movie through the paid reviews. Just like I've been influenced by all the unwarranted positive reviews to rate this movie with a one star. Else, I would have rated it 2. Horror movies are normally okay, and there aren't really a lot of decent choices out there. Good horror movies are really rare. It was the hype built by the paid reviews which made me think this could be one of those rare good horror movies. But my experience while watching this movie in a theatre, in a simple language, can be described as boring. The movie was unintentionally funny at times (confirmed by the reaction of other movie viewers who were present that day in the theatre). People have developed an unnecessary habit of looking into deeper and hidden meanings behind a movie, when at the face value - the movie is totally a waste of time. I'm still trying to figure out how people giving genuine reviews can find this poor movie worthy of an Oscar, and rate overacting as a good performance.
