Used to be a big fan until Max wound up winning each race. Much the same years ago when Michael kept winning. Same each race. Boring. A Sunday drive. I tape it ahead then ask my wife if Max won? If he did, I delete the program

For the first time in my 40 plus years as a Star Trek fan, I'm fast forwarding scenes in Discovery. Boring dialog that drags far too long, with not enough action. I get action scenes cost money but the writing is becoming repetitive and dry. Michael whispers too much and is always misty-eyed. Not a Captain I would want to serve under.
