I wonder if the the reviews here above 2 stars were paid for. I wanted to like this movie. I love Eddie Murphy but he should have said no to this script. It was as if they had a room full of people spouting Christmas movie ideas and the boss just said “yes, all of them in one!”. The CGI oh gosh where do I start- it was so bad!!! If that isn’t distracting enough, most actors in this movie remind you of the annoying theatre kids you had to put up with in high school. Also, most newer movies these days have terrible pacing- this movie is too long, I don’t crave to rewatch any of the scenes in this movie. 2 hours of my life I will never get back. Eddie Murphy will always have my heart during Halloween for Haunted Mansion though……
