Well I can’t deny this wasn’t a good book just like the book Freida McFadden copied from! Complete plagiarism!!! This book is an almost carbon copy of the huge best seller The Last Mrs Parish written by Lynne Constantine. Surprised she bothered to change the names of the characters! TLMP was published in 2017 and was a huge best seller and soon to be a Netflix movie. This copycat book was published in 2022. I can’t believe no one in the literary world isn’t talking about this. I’ve heard miss McFadden has written other copycats as well. Her book The Wife Upstairs is almost identical to the bestseller Verity by Colleen Hoover! I for one will never read another book by this author. So so wrong!!! 😡
