Too many characters, no focus, main character is way too one note and has no charisma. I think they want to give Galadriel an arc so that she learns to become better but the problem is that they made her way too unlikeable and doesn’t give the audience anything to relate to her. Han Solo started as an untrustworthy rogue but Harrison has the charm and charisma to make the audience want to cheer for him to be a hero, conversely Galadriel is the opposite. She is rude, arrogant, acts like a petulant teenager who makes rash decisions, not someone who supposedly is already lived over thousand years. There are some good characters like durin and elrond and elandil, but as soon as you get into their story the show cuts away to another story less interesting. Important story moments are rushed through like how numanorians at the start of an episode hates elf then 20 minutes later are volunteering to go fight with the elves. It could be an amazing show if they focused on 2-3 story arcs and don’t squeeze the timeline so every story is happening at once.
