When Hazel Grace Lancaster, a realistic girl meets Augustus Waters, a charismatic young boy obsessed with metaphors who had a touch of cancer himself. They knew they were ill and didn’t have much time to spend with each other, but that didn’t stop them from falling in love. They met at a ‘cancer support group’ were Augustus’s best friend Issac thought was a good place to be because he too had cancer.
Some lines that I liked the most in this book:
“Because you are beautiful. I enjoy looking at beautiful people, and I decided a while ago not to deny myself the simpler pleasures of existence”
“The world is not a wish-granting factory”
“I’ve gotten really hot since you went blind”
“Some infinities are larger than other infinities”
Overall i loved this book.
