Slow moving. Boring. Worn out over used story line.

I am an absolute believer in the paranormal and have had several experiences with it. I am also somewhat of a medium. I enjoy this show for mear entertainment (not facts) but would assume anyone that does any investigations would know about sleep paralysis. Whenever people claim to be" held down, unable to move or scream" that is most likely what it is...very few entities are powerful enough to actually prevent a person from moving. It takes a lot of energy for them to even move small items. Demons are rare. Yet they seem to be in every episode of this show. So my opinion of the show is. Watch it for fun but don't believe most o f it.
