If I wasn't a feminist and someone told me this is what they were like I would hate feminists. The main character is just a lazy person who does whatever she wants and takes no responsibility for anything in her life she is not the image of a strong woman. Yes she is technically defying social conventions for women but idk that anything she does is actually good actions that are benifitial to her and she seems to just cause trouble for those around her by neglecting any if her responsibilities and she contributes nothing to the world at all. This book was more likely to make me despise the feminist message than feel empowered by this reckless woman. There are ways to make a character defy the social norm and still not be a nuisance.
